Atlantic Furniture wants you to be happy with your purchase. In the rare event that you are unsatisfied, Atlantic Furniture accepts returns under the following conditions:
All returned products must be in their original packaging, require written authorization, and a Return Authorization number or they will be refused (see below on how to obtain return authorization). Only items in saleable condition that can be returned to stock will be credited, excluding freight charges and a 20% restocking fee. Freight charges include inbound and outbound charges. Atlantic Furniture reserves the right to refuse product returns at their discretion. All returns must be approved by Atlantic Furniture within 14 days of receiving the product.
Atlantic Furniture's quick ship warehouse gets orders out the door in 24-48 hours; therefore, canceling an order must be communicated immediately. If an order is canceled after it has shipped, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound freight charges.
To Obtain a Return Authorization Number
Prior return authorization is required by contacting the iFurn Stores Customer Service department at (877) 683-9393 (Toll-Free), or emailing CustomerSupport@iFurn.com. Failure to obtain return authorization will result in your return be refused and shipped back to you at your cost. Customer Service will provide a return address to send the merchandise. The RMA# must be noted on the shipping label. |
